Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Puka, operated by Abundant Apps Studio. By using Puka, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
What Puka provides
Puka uses photos and information you provide to identify foods, summarize ingredients, surface potential concerns, and generate personalized dog-food insights. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate, particularly when labels are unclear, products change, or fresh-food details are missing.
Not veterinary advice
Puka is an informational tool, not a veterinarian, medical device, emergency service, or substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Never delay veterinary care because of a Puka result. If your dog may have eaten something dangerous or is unwell, contact a veterinarian or animal poison service now.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account and the accuracy of information you provide. Do not misuse the service, evade limits, probe security, upload unlawful content, interfere with other users, or use automated access without written permission.
Subscriptions and free access
Free usage may be limited. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple. Prices, trials, billing periods, eligibility, refunds, and cancellation are governed by the offer shown by Apple and Apple’s terms. Deleting your Puka account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Your content
You retain ownership of photos and text you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate, secure, and improve Puka. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and will avoid unrelated personal or confidential information.
Availability and changes
Puka is intended for worldwide availability where offered by Apple and permitted by local law. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, limits, or supported regions. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every product, ingredient, or fresh food can be identified.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puka is provided “as is” without warranties. Abundant Apps Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made solely from an analysis. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Apple
Apple is not responsible for Puka or its support. Your App Store use is also subject to Apple’s applicable licensed application and media-services terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to rights and forums that cannot lawfully be waived, the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over disputes relating to Puka. If mandatory consumer-protection law where you live gives you additional rights or access to another forum, those rights remain unaffected.
